I filmed this video about a few days ago and it has already hit 5000 views. I have been receiving so much support from many of you and it has honestly meant so much to me. Reading your comments and constructive criticism has been helpful for me to continue to look for the many ways to improve my bladder. I am continuously trying to reply back to the many of you who leave comments and it has been really nice to communicate with you guys!
This video was to show the many of you who also have an overactive bladder, that it is okay to have a few setbacks in life. I think I have passed that stage where I no longer get embarrassed for the things that I am unable to do because I do have Multiple Sclerosis. Similarly, I think it is okay for you to also accept the fact that things may not always go your way. The one thing I know I can do however, is be prepared for moments like this where I may end up wetting myself. Preparing and being mindful is something I always try to remember because it allows me to continue on with my day without feeling miserable.
After posting this video, I realized I did not mention something important. These diapers are thick thus, it makes it visible under clothing. I never worried about this because as I mentioned in my video, I only wear these diapers indoors. I have not looked for other diapers which would be thin and easy to wear when going out. You guys have left a few comments suggesting a few diapers to try out that are not as thick and I found that very helpful. Taking that into consideration, I may even wear diapers when I am going out once I find one that is the most compatible for me.
P.s, do not be embarrassed for wearing diapers because if it helps you, then do you!
